Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16
This site is a little space to share about what my Lord teaches me. I think I must share and perhaps it may benefit some. My flesh and my heart may fail (Psalm 73:26) and I may speak without complete knowledge (Job 42:3), but God will uphold me by His grace (1 Corinthians 15:10). My works will inevitably fall short but whatever is good is from the Lord and whatever is bad is to be discarded. Because it’s not about me but about the Lord.
It’s not that I have something to offer but I should not be arrogant and think that God cannot use me, even in some small way. If I can contribute a little, if I can help just one, then it’s good work and it’s worthwhile and it’s from the Lord. Romans 11:36.
As someone who has staggeringly fallen short many times, I am deeply thankful to my gracious Father that I can come to the Throne of Grace to receive mercy and find grace. More than that, I can approach Him with confidence because He is willing and tender. May all who believe go to Him. Today if we hear His voice, let us not harden our hearts (Hebrews 3:15).
It’s not about my sufficiency but about His. Glory be to God. Amen!
